Web Proxy/Cache Setup Instructions

This document will instruct you on how to configure your browser to use the new Proxy and Web Cache system. You may then use your local workstation/PC to access the World Wide Web via HTTP, Secure HTTP, FTP etc.

Note: You do not need to perform the manual configuration steps if your browser takes advantage the Automatic Proxy mechanism (eg: Firefox, Mozilla or Internet Explorer v3.0, or later).
